The project

The project

e-COM 4 CHILDREN is a transnational project, funded by the European Commission’s Erasmus+ Programme, which aims to develop ICT open educational resources on the e-commerce of safe children’s products, such as toys, children’s furniture or childcare articles.

Erasmus+

Target groups

This training will be in addition to another type of formal training in digital marketing, with the main recipients being staff belonging to the children’s products industry (especially SMEs), consumer organisations, and public authorities responsible for consumer issues.

Purpose

The capacity to sell and buy products online offers many opportunities for companies and consumers. Consumers benefit from a wider range of products at competitive prices, and smaller companies with fewer resources can access more consumers, both nationally and internationally.

The final objective of this project is to improve the key competences of the staff of the target groups and other stakeholders so that they can benefit from the Single European Market.
